Shipping Information and Returns Policy

Our site is operated by Meat Free Monday NZ.  We are part of the Berrysmith Foundation (registered as a charitable entity Registration No. CC38038 under the Charity Act 2005) and have our main address at: The Berrysmith Foundation, PO Box 22445, Otahuhu, Auckland 1640, New Zealand

Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 1pm, Monday-Friday. We use Tracked NZ Post and our standard delivery means that customers should receive their goods 3-4 days after despatch. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. These times are subject to product availability, but we will always advise if an item has sold out and you can expect a delay.

All freight is quoted in NZ dollars. Freight costs are determined by NZ Post according to weight and size, and will be automatically calculated for you at check-out.

30 DAY GUARANTEE We are proud of the products we offer, and we’re confident you’ll love them too. If for some reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping, or have the item exchanged.  Clothing may be returned because you simply don’t like it, because it didn’t fit, because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent an item in error. Cookbooks may be returned only if they are damaged upon receipt or sent in error. To return an item please contact us at stating your name, phone number, order number, product description, size and reason for return. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

Sadly once the 30 day guarantee period has passed we cannot accept returns.

We aren’t able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can’t accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging.

Meat Free Monday NZ reserves the right to charge customers a $2 re-stocking charge to cover the cost of dealing with returned items. When a customer exchanges an item we reserve the right to charge a $1.00 reshipping charge per item to cover the additional costs of shipping out the replacement item.
