Dairy Free Hot Chocolate Denso

1 cup raw unsalted cashew nuts
1 cup filtered water
Pinch of salt
3 table spoons 100% natural maple syrup (no added sugar)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder

Blend in a food processor or highspeed blender
Heat over lowest possible heat on the stove until warm
Consistency is thick and rich, like a dessert. If you want it to go further, add hot water to desired consistency

Serve in small espresso mugs - 2 for a rich hot chocolate, 4 (top up with hot water or hot nut milk) for a milder version
